About this month's puzzles
Each day pulls twelve words from one of eight themes — animals, school, food, colours, weather, sports, home or nature — so the grid changes character through the month. Words run in all eight directions and may read backwards.
Everything here is free, needs no account and prints as a normal page if you want it on paper. For a worksheet with an answer key, the generator does that in one click; ready-made five-sheet packs are under printable packs.
Questions
Can I replay an older day?
Yes. Every date keeps its own puzzle — open the day from this list, or type the date into the box on the daily page. The grid is rebuilt from the date, not stored, so nothing expires.
Why do some days share a theme?
The theme is picked by hashing the date, so it looks random but is fixed: the same date always gives the same twelve words in the same places.
